Another week of school

Well, another week of school has gone by. I forgot to write my blog on Thursday so I am doing it today and i honestly cannot remember what we learned about last week. I have had a lot on my mind and i have studied noon stop for tests this week. My puppy also got spayed Wednesday so I have been really busy with her. My aunts baby shower was really fun and it got me away from school and studying for a little bit. I do remember that a group did grammar schmammer last Thursday. It was a well organized lesson and i even won candy for answering questions right! We then got into groups and played a game that I haven't played since middle school. You have a fly swatter and so does the other person you are going against. There are also words on the board. The reader reads a sentence and you have to turn around and find the correct word that fits in the sentence before the other person does. My team actually won the game and it was really fun. Football season is here and I cannot be more excited! I like the Redskins and there not doing too bad this year. Unfortunately, they lost Monday to the Falcons but they did win last week. Hopefully RG3 will help us this year so we could go to the Super Bowl. Bow season started Monday and that is what everyone in Prince George is talking about. I, personally, do not bow hunt but I sometimes go shotgun hunting with my boyfriend. I do feel bad about killing the deers but my family does not waste any meat and we put it to good use. This Thursday starts our fall break! It is only two school days off but at least it is something!
